ORDERING

Please note all products are unframed. If you want a framed print contact us directly to enquire.
Your order will be accepted by confirmation email. The email will also confirm details of your order and a dispatch date will follow. This is when our contract with you is made.
Terms may change. The terms that apply to you are those here on this site on the day you place your order.
You must supply accurate and up-to-date information about yourself to enable us to deliver.
Only payment made in pounds sterling will be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

DELIVERY

All of our prints are made to order therefore delivery will take between 7-14 days.
All prints will be hand-signed and dated by the artist.
Dispatch times may vary but we aim to ship your prints within 3-5 business days.
All prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper to protect them from weather conditions and sent via a cardboard envelope or tube.
The full price of your goods must be received before we can dispatch.
All deliveries need to be signed for.
All deliveries are sent first class.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us directly within 24 hours of your purchase.
You may not cancel orders for specially commissioned prints.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We currently do not accept refunds, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will try and resolve this directly with you.
